At our Memorial Service for All Souls we remember those we mourn. Under normal circumstances we would welcome everyone to church for this service. Regrettably, because of limits on how many can safely attend in person, it is necessary to sign up to attend. By completing this simple form you can request the lighting of a candle at church (during the service), provide names to be included in the memorial roster (live-streamed as part of the service), and–should you choose–ask for your name to be added to the waiting list for those hoping to attend in person.Click this link to access the online form:

If you find that you cannot fill out the web form, please email the PCC Secretary (pccsecretary@stmaryswalkley.co.uk) or contact the churchwardens (details on the website) and we will arrange for someone to contact you and complete a form on your behalf.

Remember, at the moment you can only ask to be added to the waiting list. If you request to join that list, someone will contact you on 1st November to advise if there is space. Because of COVID restrictions, it won’t be possible to just turn up for the evening memorial service.
