The tour is led by the Friends of Walkley Cemetery and will visit all 43 war graves from the First and Second World Wars. A poppy will be placed on each grave and information shared about the lives and service of those resting there. The tour will end with a minute’s silence in memory of their sacrifice. The tour is free and everyone is welcome.

If you haven’t visited the cemetery before… – The entrance to the cemetery is in Nichols Road which is a short, unadopted road off Waller Road (post code S6 5DU). – If you are arriving by car there is a limited area for parking in the cemetery and space on Waller Road. Please avoid parking in Nichols Road. – Please note, there are no buildings or toilet facilities on the site.
